Here is a simple recipe to use up the grounds when you don’t have space in your freezer (or a lot of time to deal with drying them)….

Nut milk grounds (w/a bit of milk)
Granola mix (@madewithlocal )
Protein/healthy fats
Probiotics
Toppings!
(Bee pollen ages 6+)

Fill.
Stir.
Refrigerate.
